Transaction in good faith has been the operation principle Chroma ATE Inc. upholds all the time. We are always committed to conducting business activities with honesty, and no corruption or any form of malpractice is allowed. When you discover that any of the employees of Chroma or any person acting on behalf of Chroma has been conducting suspicious behavior or likely violating the company's ethical code of conduct, please let us know. The matter you report will be dealt with directly by our audit office.
Except as otherwise provided by law, we will protect your personal data and privacy with respect to the personal data you provide to us in accordance with the law, and take appropriate measures to protect it.
For your attention:
- The personal information you provide, including name, telephone number and e-mail address may be used by Chroma during the investigation of reported matter for communication purpose; and, if necessary, Chroma may pass on the necessary personal information to its subsidiaries.
- You may not deliberately fabricate facts when knowing it is not true. If proven to be malicious or intentional fabrication or reporting, you shall be responsible for legal responsibilities.
- To facilitate investigation and early solving of the problem you must provide relevant specific information or documents. If documents or information is incomplete, Chroma cannot proceed with the investigation.
- All or part of the contact information provided to you by Chroma may not be disclosed to any person. Except as required by law, you may not use the contact information to file legal proceeding against Chroma or use it as litigation-related documents.
