Taoyuan, Taiwan (R.O.C.) August 25, 2010 – Chroma has won FinanceAsia's “Best Managed Company in Taiwan”, “Best Corporate Governance”, “Best Investor Relations”, “Best Committed to a Strong Dividend Policy” and “Best Mid-Cap Company” awards for year 2010. The FinanceAsia's Head of Business Development in Greater China Patrick Chu has presented this award to Chroma's Chairman and CEO Leo Huang today.
Each year the poll was collected votes from more than 300 investors and analysts across the region by asking a wide range of questions about their views on companies’ operation, corporate governance, investor relations, dividend policies and corporate social responsibility.
Chroma continues to create shareholders value as core principle of the Company. The Company has continuously enhanced core strengths by accumulating experiences from test and measurement.
The Company focuses the R&D in technology innovation and integration capability of automation system, to maximize customers’ satisfaction and penetrate new market and new business opportunities. For the first half fiscal year 2010, Chroma achieved sales revenue of NTD 2,674 million, represented a 100% growth YoY. The net income was NTD 895 million, which surpassed the annual profit in year 2009.
